Corporate Governance

Danversbank's business is conducted by its employees, managers and corporate officers with oversight from the Board of Directors.  The Board's Governance Committee, Compliance and Ethics Committee and Audit Committee periodically review the company's corporate governance principles and current practices.

The Board of Directors believes that a commitment to good corporate governance means adhering to the highest standards of ethics and integrity.  The Board has adopted a number of policies and processes including a Code of Conduct to ensure effective governance of the Board and company.
