Acceptance of the Terms of Use

Relation to Other Agreements

Your use of the Web Site is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions of the On-Line Banking Agreement and Electronic Notices Disclosure and Consent, as they may be amended from time to time (collectively, the "Bank Agreements"). If a conflict arises between the provisions of this Agreement and any Bank Agreement to which you are a party, the provision from the applicable Bank Agreement shall apply.

This Web Site contains content, such as software, text, graphics, images and other content (collectively referred to as "Content") which is owned by Danversbank unless otherwise indicated and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable United States and foreign laws and treaties. Applicable Law and Venue

This Agreement and any posted operating rules constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to such subject matter. No waiver by either party, such waiver to be in writing, or any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. The titles and subtitles used in this Agreement are used for convenience only and are not to be considered in construing or interpreting this Agreement. In the event of any termination of this Agreement, the following provisions shall survive: SUBMISSIONS, NO WARRANTY, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, APPLICABLE LAW AND VENUE, and GENERAL. In addition, in the event of any termination, you agree to destroy all copies of any Content from this Web Site.
